Build our Netflix for self‑development. Create short coaching series that deliver the key wisdom people need to reach their unique goals, organized by theme and goal inside the app.

Craft binge‑worthy episodes. Take expert insights from BecomingMe coaches and shape them into engaging 3–5 min episodes people watch and use.

Reinvent the format. Go beyond talking heads, test creative styles, B‑roll, motion, prompts, anything that helps people see themselves in the episode and take action.

Edit for change. Cut expert footage into tight, high‑energy videos with animations and key takeaways that keep viewers engaged and ready to transform.

Create aspirational brand videos. Ideate, plan, and edit launch campaign + social videos that position BecomingMe as the go‑to app for building your dream life and drive sign‑ups.

Who you'll work with
Join the BecomingMe founding team!
You'll work closely with Kat (founder & product lead) and Valeria (marketing).
We’re now adding talent in UX/UI, software, and video. With this small but powerful team your voice counts, ownership and growth are huge, and you’ll help launch an impact startup from the ground up.
What we expect

A big passion and hunger to grow professionally and personally.

Some video creation/editing experience (school, short‑form socials, YouTube, projects,...).

Comfort editing in any common tool (CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci…).

Creativity and passion to create a new format of engaging coaching videos.

Clear English communication.

Based in Barcelona or able to meet there occasionally.
