These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BecomingMe platform (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

BecomingMe is a self-coaching app that guides and empowers users to become their future self now and take effective action to create their dream life, with the help of a self-guided coaching process, coaching videos, tools, and a community.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use BecomingMe.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

You receive a 14-day free trial upon signing up.
Subscriptions will begin automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.
No refunds will be issued after billing. A one-time exception may be offered at our discretion.

4. Community Participation

By using the app’s community features (messaging, forums, calls), you agree to follow our [Community Guidelines] and engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate any account violating these expectations.

5. Disclaimers

BecomingMe does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

All materials are for educational and self-coaching purposes only.

We do not guarantee results. Becoming your future self and creating your dream life depends entirely on your own awareness, transformation, and action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BecomingMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or personal, emotional, physical, spiritual, or professional damages — whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, text, design, videos, branding, and features on the Platform are the exclusive property of BecomingMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform for any purpose without written permission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

You waive your right to file claims in any other jurisdiction and agree not to join any class actions.

The service is designed primarily for users in the European Union. By accessing it from other regions, you accept these Terms and jurisdiction.
