My motto is “live life to the fullest”.

 

During my own growth journey I realized how my beliefs literally control myself and my life. I started to see how my beliefs determined what I thought, how I felt, what I achieved in my career and business and what relationships I had.

 

I wanted to get out of this control and be able to decide consciously for myself how my life is going to be! That's why I started to read a lot, watch a lot, and implement and try a lot. Every shift in beliefs that I could achieve was so worth it.

Throughout this journey I saw that there were a few obstacles in how subconscious transformation was taught:

  • in books and courses there was a lot of bla bla for a piece of wisdom that could've been explained in 3 minutes 

  • currently there is a lot of talk around subconscious beliefs, but I still didn't know how I can actually change my subconscious beliefs - because the content often was not concise, simple, and well structured

  • THE MAIN PROBLEM I saw in myself and others was that: wisdom doesn't help if you don't apply it! And most of the resources were focused on teaching wisdom but little on implementation and actually achieving a change.

In a situation like this, there is often a subconscious belief behind it. A subconscious belief is basically a belief that you are not aware of and that is guiding your thoughts, emotions, and actions without you knowing it. This means this belief holds a strong power over how you create and live your life. That’s why, if you want to achieve something new in your life or change something about yourself or your life, the best place to start is your subconscious beliefs.

 

If you do this you start at the source of everything, because 95% of your life is guided by your subconscious beliefs. So if you manage to become aware of your subconscious beliefs and change them, then it’s so much easier to change your thoughts, emotions, and actions which will help you to achieve the goal or realize the change that you desire.

Are you working to achieve a goal or make a change and you’re trying a lot but you seem to progress only a little towards your goal or change? Are you experiencing the same negative thought and emotion loop again and again and you don’t really know how you can get out of it? These are all signs that there could be a subconscious belief underneath it. This subconscious belief can for example trigger certain thoughts, emotions, and actions that are not in alignment with your goal.
